June 1-30 Challenge 2016 I…

June 1-30 Challenge 2016

I have been working on putting together a “June 1-30 Challenge”. I’m wondering if any of you would be interested in joining me.

Each day of the month there would be a prompt relating to the number of the date. You can write an article, poem, fiction piece, etc. or share photos for each prompt.

Saturdays are Photo Challenge days. So on June 4th you will post a photo representing the number 4. It can show four items, the number four, or you can post a gallery of four photos with a common theme.

I may post the entire month’s challenges by May 25 so you can plan your posts and get started on them. There will be a calendar you can print off with the prompts plus a more detailed explanation of each prompt.

I would post each day’s prompt the evening before as a reminder as well. You can post a link to your blog post in the comments of that day’s prompt plus there would be a tag we would all use such as “June 1-30 Challenge” so we can find other posts in The Reader.

Here are some examples of the prompts:
Day 1 One Piece of Advice
Day 3 Three Things You Can’t Live Without
Day 9 Go the Whole Nine Yards
Day 14 Fourteen Line Sonnet
Day 22 Catch 22

I’d like to make a badge that folks can put on their blog for completing the challenge, but I don’t know how to make one. Anyone want to help me?

If you would be interested in participating in the challenge, please comment.
