This is how you define quality time.
It’s really not a question. It’s an imperative. I got into a regular routine of walking daily when I was in process of losing 54 pounds last summer. I’ve fallen off the wagon, gained too much of it back, so I need to be out walkingfive days each week!
John Ed has some thoughts on exercising on For His Glory today. They’re well worth reading. See what you think over there.
And please don’t forget to leave me your feedback. Do you need to exercise too? Or will you remain sedentary like I’ve been doing?
One of my favorite blogging things to do is share posts that touch or inspire me with others.
Shannon Moreno is a faithful, thought-provoking blogger with a heart and love for Jesus I admire.
Her blog is one of my regular reads. She wrote this kindness-focused post recently on her blog, Revelations in Writing and I wanted to share her thoughts with you. I hope you enjoy it.
I ran across this picture yesterday when I was researching the God Particle for an upcoming post. I found it on Zortura’s blog: https://zortura.wordpress.com/
She has some other brain teasers and some good writing over there. You might want to check her blog out.
Let’s see who can write the funniest caption for this photo. I’ll save mine until tomorrow. Go ahead, and write the silliest caption you can think of.
The winner will receive five days and five nights free posting on BloggingMeetup’s Community Chat page.

And while you’re there, how about clicking on a “Like” for me, or, if you feel led, send me your comments and feedback. I think it’s worth a discussion.
